Our bracelets are designed to fit comfortably on your wrist. They are made of a stretch mesh and have no closure, so it is essential to choose the correct size to ensure a perfect fit.
How to Measure your Wrist
- Use a flexible measuring tape: Wrap it around your wrist at the point where you would normally wear a bracelet, just below the bone.
- Don't tighten the band: It should be comfortable around your wrist, not too tight or too loose. (Watch the video below)
- Take note of the measurement in centimeters.

Note: Stretch mesh cuffs expand for easy donning and doffing across the hand. You do not need a size larger than your actual wrist measurement. We automatically add 1 cm more to each bracelet size to make it easier for the bracelet to slide over your hand and sit comfortably on your wrist without having to force it to put it on.

- A flexible tape measure (if you don't have one, you can use a string and then measure the string with a ruler).

- Place the tape measure around your wrist, just below the bone.
- Make sure the tape is horizontal and fits comfortably around your wrist, without being too tight.
- Write down the measurement in centimeters.

Mid-arm adjustment:
- Our stretch mesh cuff is designed to fit comfortably from the wrist to the middle of the arm.
- Based on your wrist measurement, we will gradually add up to approximately 2 cm (depending on the length of the bracelet) to this initial measurement to ensure a perfect fit along the arm.
- You do not need to provide any additional measurements ; We will adjust the bracelet according to the natural expansion of your arm up to the middle of it.

The best way is to measure the inside diameter of a ring that fits you. You put the ring on a ruler or measure it with a meter and you will know the millimeters of the diameter. In the graph you can see that the inner circumference measures 17 mm. which would correspond to a size 14, according to the equivalence table. .
